He came to look at the sidewalk, gave me a reasonable quote, and the sidewalk job was completed a week later. Toby and his crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job, leaving us with a beautiful new sidewalk. "The driveway at our new home had not been properly maintained for years and was deteriorating badly. Delivery trucks and small cars could no longer come up the driveway due to large dips that had formed from the ground sinking underneath it. We knew this was a huge undertaking and were nervous about hiring someone for such a large job (7500 sf in total), especially being new in town with no contacts or access to personal referrals. We found Affronti Construction through their Facebook ad after several attempts at bids from other companies failed. The owner Toby responded right away and came out to give us an estimate the next day. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient walking me through the details of the process. Throughout the job we had neighbors comment on how meticulous Toby and his crew were. They were able to remove all the preexisting driveway, fill in/create proper drainage at the dips bringing them up 6+ inches in some spots, and lay a new LEVEL, straight driveway in place! Since finishing we have received comments from almost every surrounding home. Not only was this a drastic improvement for our home, but an improvement for the whole neighborhood. We are all thrilled with the end product. We have referred Affronti Construction to several neighbors and friends and will continue to do so!"

"Affronti Construction installed a 4-inch thick 16 x 24 concrete pad for our shed. Their price was competitive and they were quick, detailed, and professional. They even let us know when the concrete was at the right place for our kids to leave their handprints in if we wanted. Since the installation, we have had other contractors out for different projects who have commented on the precision and quality of the slab. It's nice to know that they took the job seriously and put the same effort and quality into a basic shed pad that you would expect from a larger, more visible project. We are planning on building a 60 x 40 shop next year and will definitely have them out again for that project, and more. Great job guys."
